Woohoo The Mars Volta Is Coming!!!!

Ahhh I am so excited. I didn't think they would be coming, but they are . I can't even explain how excited I am. I get to go with a few of my really good friends. Its going to be one of the best nights. I am pretty sure that The Mars Volta is my second favorite band now. I have that special love for Sloan, but this is a different type of love. I just think that The Mars Volta's music is amazing, intense, imaginative, emotional, and crazy as hell. Its just plain incredible, and totally inspiring. I love drawing while listening to them, its great. I reccomend trying it. I think their new album The Bedlam In Goliath is one of the best albums ever. But I really like De-loused In The Comatorium as well. To be honest I love all of it. Go listen to The Mars Volta now.

Went camping this weekend, It was awesome, we had really good weather. I actually got a sunburn on the saturday. I think everyone their did I think I might post some pictures in scraps, but we'll see.

I just went and saw 311 about 2 weeks ago. That was a great show, the sound quality was amazing. It sounded like listening to the cd, I could hear all the words, and the guitars sounded amazing. Everyone did awesome solos, that sounded incredible, and Nick Hex looked pretty darn hot, Oooo and they played Nix Hex, and I did not expect that. They didn't play Champagne which was slightly dissapointing, but they played, Beyond The Gray Skies Needless to say that it was pretty awesome.

Radiohead and Jack Johnson are coming in August, and I want to go to both. Ohhh and I also found out that STP is coming. That would be awesome to see Plush performed live. Its a hard choice. I think I am going to Radiohead for sure. Its an outdoor concert in the summer, sounds like a good time to me.

I've been watching this show I used to watch a couple years back, and it's so dissapointing that their is only 1 season. It was called 'Life As We Know It' and its really good. It's sorta a teen drama, but its so much more then that. Sometimes scenes will freeze and they boys talk to the camera like an innermonologue, its clever and heartfelt, and I really like it. I think the characters, especially the 3 boys, have really good chemistry and I like the writting, its sounds normal. Anyways I've been watching that and Dirty, Sexy, Money lately. I like that show too. I can't wait for it to come back. And L0ST starts soon... Wooooo.
